WP3
Operational deployement in real scenarios test and validation
This Work Package (WP) is dedicated to the test phases and the validation, preparation and execution phases. After confirming that there is a market for our adsorption-based agricultural irrigation panels, and developing and optimising the equipment’s water capacity, we are setting up the test and validation package to be carried out under real conditions with the stakeholders. We will roll out this phase at several pilot sites (in France, Greece and Morocco) to identify what needs to be optimised while testing the stability, scalability, resilience and robustness of our technology and processes.
WP4
Commercialisation, Communication and Outreach
This WP consists in preparing for commercialisation at European scale (identify customers and partners, estimate the market opportunity (volume, type of customers, number of users), identify use cases and potential competitors (existing and future), the positioning of SUN4WATER compared to competitors in terms of features and pricing, and define the strategy to access the market (internal resources, external sales team, customer support centre / helpdesk, documentation, commercial contracts…).
We will also define the complete communication strategy and plan marked by the ignition through our existing clients and users first..
